AMA Refund & Cancellation Policy

Alhayek Medical Academy (AMA) — NursesMap | Effective July 19, 2026

1. General Policy

Because AMA’s educational products are digital and are delivered immediately upon payment, course sales, subscriptions, and renewals are final and non-refundable, except under the limited exceptions described in Section 2 below.

2. Exceptions Eligible for Review

  • Duplicate Purchases: an accidental duplicate payment for the same course transaction (e.g., due to a network or plugin error) will be reversed in full.

  • Irreparable System Outage: a severe platform failure that fully prevents access to purchased content for more than seven (7) consecutive days, which technical support cannot resolve.

  • Pre-Approved Course Cancellation: if the Academy cancels a scheduled live interactive session before its launch date, registered students receive a 100% refund for that session.

  • Non-Delivery of Asynchronous Content: if a student cannot access the question banks, recorded lectures, or mock simulations included in their plan due to a verified content-provisioning error on the Academy’s part, and the issue remains unresolved seven (7) business days after being reported, the student is entitled to a pro-rated refund or account credit for the affected period.

  • Material Non-Conformity with Description: if the content actually delivered differs materially from what was advertised at purchase (e.g., a substantial shortfall in the advertised question count, or an entire advertised category missing), the student may file a claim under Section 5. Where the non-conformity is confirmed, the Academy may, at its sole discretion, provide an appropriate remedy, including content correction, account credit, or a proportionate refund, depending on the nature and severity of the confirmed issue.

Revised: Adds two new exceptions covering non-delivery of the core product and mismatch with advertised description.

Accidental sign-ups, changes of mind, failing an official regulatory exam, or changes to external exam schedules do not qualify for a refund.

3. Revocation of Access for Policy Violations

No refund or credit will be issued if a student account is suspended or banned for violating the Terms & Conditions, including account sharing, screen-recording or downloading course materials, or leaking proprietary content in community channels.

4. Chargeback Abuse and Fraud Protection

Filing an unauthorized chargeback for a fully delivered digital service is a breach of contract. The Academy logs engagement data (login timestamps, playback percentages, IP tracking) and may submit it to payment dispute networks to contest fraudulent claims.

5. Refund Claim Procedure

Claims under Section 2 must be submitted to Alhayekacademy@gmail.com with the student’s registered legal name, account email, exact transaction date, payment receipt, and a description of the issue. Claims are reviewed within seven (7) business days; approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.
